Our team
Our Budapest office is home to a well-coordinated, professional team: three experienced sales consultants, a precise administrative colleague, and a dedicated marketing team led by István, all supported by founder Mark Krant and his son Mark Jr.
Lauren Krant, Mark’s daughter, strengthens the team as a Property Consultant for the Dutch market, enhancing our international network and ensuring first-class service for our Dutch clients.
In Istanbul, Murat Soyaltay represents the brand through MM GLOBAL Real Estate Consulting Trade Co. Ltd., managing local developer relations and supporting clients interested in the Turkish market.
Message from our Founder – Mark Krant
I’ve worked in international real estate for over 20 years, so I know how complex — and sometimes uncertain — buying property abroad can feel, especially the first time. That’s exactly why I founded MK Real Estate.
Throughout my career, I’ve built and led international sales teams, negotiated hundreds of real estate deals, and helped hundreds of investors find secure, income-generating opportunities. I believe that buying property shouldn't be complicated - and my goal is to make the process clear, personal and rewarding.
With my long-standing team, we don’t just offer properties — we provide full advisory services, legal and banking support across three countries, with local presence and hands-on assistance.

Once we finish, we’ll email you a personalised property brief: key facts on every suitable home—including photos, floor plans, videos, pricing, maps and all other essentials you need to decide, all presented clearly in your language.

Virtual Viewing – from the Comfort of Your Home
If preferred, we’ll arrange an online tour with the developer’s local agent. You’ll see the property, its surroundings, the view, and—if under construction—the current stage of the build.
After the tour, we’ll send all key details: floor plans, specs, payment terms, and full reservation and contract info.

In-person visit – with English-speaking support
If you're seriously interested, we’ll schedule a private viewing—and you won’t be alone. One of our Hungarian-speaking team members will join you, offering local insight and full guidance throughout the visit.
You’ll explore the property in detail, get to know the area, and receive all reservation documents after the tour—along with full assistance in understanding every step.

Legal support, tax IDs and local bank accounts
In Spain, Turkey and the United States you’ll need a local tax ID (NIE, vergi numarası or ITIN) before buying property; this can be arranged in person or via power of attorney.
A local bank account - although it is not mandatory - simplifies payment of the purchase price, ongoing utility bills and, if you rent the home, receiving rental income.
Our trusted legal and banking partners handle all paperwork, while we guide you in Hungarian every step of the way – from the first call to receiving your title deed.
