How does it work?

2. We start the search before you travel
We listen to your needs and prepare a personalised property list for the tour.
3. Personal meeting at the first viewing – this is the start line
During the tour you will see several developments and completed homes, allowing you to compare locations, views, quality and prices. From here starts the 60-day period during which you may qualify for the refund if you buy.
4. Full freedom to choose
You may choose from our recommended properties or from your own selection. In the latter case, it is essential that before contacting anyone directly, you inform us first, so we can approach the seller or developer on your behalf – this is the only way we can guarantee the refund.
5. Decide within 60 days and we refund your travel costs
If within 60 days of the first viewing you reserve one of the properties we presented, after signing the contract and paying the first instalment (deposit for under-construction, full price for completed homes), we will refund you up to €2,000.

Terms and Conditions of the MK Premium Buyer Program
1. Purpose of the Program
The purpose of the MK Premium Buyer Program is to provide participating buyers with a personalized property viewing service in Spain and, in the event of a successful purchase, a refund of €2,000.
2. Conditions of Participation
Participation in the Program is voluntary and free of charge.
The Program is open to anyone intending to purchase a property in the Costa del Sol or Costa Blanca regions.
The Program officially begins when the participant attends the first in-person property viewing arranged and coordinated by MK Real Estate.
Prior to the official commencement of the Program, MK Real Estate may carry out preliminary property searches and consultations based on the client’s requirements.
Participation in the Program is conditional upon the participant purchasing a newly built, under-construction or off-plan property offered through MK Real Estate. The purchase of a resale property may only qualify under the Program with the prior written approval of MK Real Estate.
The participant must provide proof of their flight and accommodation bookings in advance, or otherwise confirm that such arrangements have been made.
3. Conditions of the Refund
The €2,000 refund is only available where the property purchase is brokered through MK Real Estate.
No refund will be payable in relation to a property where the participant has previously registered directly with the developer or seller and, as a result, MK Real Estate is not entitled to receive a brokerage commission.
If the participant independently identifies a property or project that has not previously been presented by MK Real Estate, the participant must first notify MK Real Estate so that the initial contact and registration with the seller or developer can be handled by MK Real Estate.
The reservation must be made within 60 days of the first property viewing, unless the parties agree in writing to extend this period.
As a condition of receiving the refund, the participant must keep MK Real Estate informed in writing throughout the entire purchase process regarding the current status and progress of the reservation and/or purchase, as well as any material steps or developments relating to the transaction.
4. Payment of the Refund
For properties under construction or purchased off-plan, the refund will be paid once the purchase agreement has been signed and the required initial payment has been made.
For completed properties, the refund becomes payable once the full purchase price has been paid.
If MK Real Estate and the buyer agree on a refund amount different from the standard €2,000 refund, MK Real Estate will pay the individually agreed amount after receiving the brokerage commission relating to the relevant transaction from the developer. Depending on the developer’s commission settlement and payment terms, receipt of the commission may take up to 60 days.
The standard €2,000 refund will be paid in cash or by bank transfer no later than 15 business days from the date on which the developer confirms receipt of the buyer’s required payment. In the case of an individually agreed refund amount, the above provision regarding payment following receipt of the developer’s commission shall apply.
5. Other Provisions
MK Real Estate reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions of the Program. Participants will be notified of any such changes in writing.
By participating in the Program, the participant accepts these terms and conditions.
