How does it work?
1. You book your trip to Spain
You arrange your flight and accommodation, or provide us with your existing booking.
2. We start the search before you travel
We listen to your needs and prepare a personalised property list for the tour.
3. Personal meeting at the first viewing – this is the start line
During the tour you will see several developments and completed homes, allowing you to compare locations, views, quality and prices. From here starts the 60-day period during which you may qualify for the refund if you buy.
4. Full freedom to choose
You may choose from our recommended properties or from your own selection. In the latter case, it is essential that before contacting anyone directly, you inform us first, so we can approach the seller or developer on your behalf – this is the only way we can guarantee the refund.
5. Decide within 60 days and we refund your travel costs
If within 60 days of the first viewing you reserve one of the properties we presented, after signing the contract and paying the first instalment (deposit for under-construction, full price for completed homes), we will refund you up to €2,000.

Terms and Conditions of the MK Premium Buyer Program
1. Purpose of the Program
The aim of the MK Premium Buyer Program is to provide participants with a personalised property viewing experience in Spain and, in the case of a successful purchase, to grant a refund of €2,000.
2. Conditions of Participation
Participation in the program is voluntary and free of charge.
Anyone intending to purchase a property in the Costa del Sol or Costa Blanca regions may take part in the program.
The program officially begins when the participant attends their first in-person property viewing organised and confirmed by MK Real Estate.
MK Real Estate may conduct preliminary searches and consultations with the client based on their requirements even before the official start of the program.
Participation in the program requires that the participant purchase one of the new-build, under-construction, or off-plan properties offered by MK Real Estate. The purchase of a resale property under the program is only possible with MK Real Estate’s prior written approval.
The participant must present proof of flight and accommodation booking in advance, or otherwise confirm such arrangements.
3. Conditions for the Refund
The €2,000 refund is only granted if the property purchase is mediated by MK Real Estate.
No refund will be granted for a property where the participant has previously registered directly with the developer or seller, and as a result, MK Real Estate is not entitled to receive an agent’s commission.
If the participant selects a property or project that was not previously recommended by MK Real Estate, they must first notify MK Real Estate so that all contact with the seller or developer is made by MK Real Estate.
The reservation must be made within 60 days of the first viewing, unless both parties agree in writing to extend this period.
4. Payment of the Refund
For under-construction or off-plan properties: the refund will be paid when the purchase contract has been signed and the deposit has been paid.
For completed properties: the refund will be granted once the full purchase price has been paid.
The refund will be made in cash or by bank transfer within 15 working days from the date the developer confirms that the buyer’s payment has been received.
5. Other Provisions
The organiser reserves the right to amend the program’s terms, notifying participants in writing.
By participating in the program, the participant accepts these terms and conditions.
